Return Policy

Please understand  that when  an order is placed , a style and paper are selected and the product is now made from the Client/ Customers  request.  Each order is Custom made to our Customers specifications.  Time and materials are dedicated to each Custom order.

Based on this we DO NOT offer REFUNDS*  on Custom Orders but we do offer  credit or exchanges considering the product is returned in the condition that it was received, and at the clients cost.

Before attempting any return, please contact us directly for Return Authorization and to discuss the return agreement. 

We will always attempt to accommodate our customers to there satisfaction.

*Any Approved Refunds may be based on a 50% re-stocking fee and do not include any associated shipping  costs.
